Received phone on 22nd but still no sim with the order

Hi, 

As title says. I’m confused as the email I received said they’d arrive together but there was no sim card in the package. 
Obviously this is an issue because I’m paying for a contract for a phone I currently can’t use,

Sorry to hear that.

Is this a new contract or an upgrade?

 

The SIM card is sent in a green packet. If you’re on an upgrade, you can continue to use the old SIM card.
