My phone was stolen a few weeks ago and I blocked the sim immediately. Now I really need a replacement sim for my replacement phone which I have just bought.
I am not able to call the help number without a sim and I cannot access the online chat to talk to someone because I am abroad and the website is blocked for me. It is now urgent because I cannot access any of my banking apps etc on this new phone because they all text my number a code.
Please can the replacement sim be sent to my home address ASAP. I can privately email you my number/ DOB/ address.

We can have a SIM card sent out to your home address, ready for when you're back in the UK.
