Hello, I cannot start a live chat on the website to return a newly purchased phone, is there another way I can start the return process?

I click the button and nothing happens on any browser.

 

Edit: I’ve asked other people to try the link and it doesn’t work for them either, can you let me know how I can get a chat started please?

Please sure pop ups are enabled.

Can you try it to confirm it works? I’ve had three different people try and live chat doesn’t work for them either
