sim and no existing number

HI
I paid for a rolling month online, iv not had no sim turn up for my phone, i also dont have a existing number as that was a contract that is no longer mine, and your live system is down.
I also paid for a pay as you go sim and this is not working
Is this the only way to make contact

sorry I can't help you but thought you'd like to know I am in the same boat. Ordered a sim only deal 10 days ago and nothing. I'm not impressed at all.
