I ordered my SIM card through idmobile.co.uk on Thursday, 2 April 2020, but since then I did not get it with Royal Mail first class.
Normally, it should arrive in 3 working days according your statements.
I can not connect to anyone due to lockdown of the Customer agents service, Live chat, etc., so I do not know if you could help me to track my order, whether it has been dispatched before or just lost in the delivery.
