SIM card delivery


Hi iD,

I successfully ordered a new SIM card on 15th May and I am still awaiting delivery.

The Direct Debit has been set up too.

Is there a delay in getting SIM cards out?

You could experience some delays due to the bank holiday and COVID-19. 

Can you please confirm when you ordered?

Hi,

I ordered the SIM on 15th May and received confirmation on 16th May (10 days ago) that the SIM had been despatched.
