SIM card has not arrived

I ordered a SIM card on the 30th July , I’ve had NO confirmation email , in fact no emails whatsoever, I’ve had no customer reference or pin. I am not paying for the time I haven’t had my SIM card , I’ve had no order number to track aswell.

We’re sorry to hear about that! SIM cards usually arrive within 5 working days of placing the order, so I would have expected it to arrive by now. We will send you a PM now in regards to this order so we can check this out further.
