SIM card has not arrived

I ordered my sim card on the 30th of september.. it has been now almost a month and it has not arrived yet. I did receive a lettre with my phone number this week so i could finally use the live chat/ call but sadly that was not helpful at all! This is way harder than it should be to get problems sorted out.. Can you send me my sim card please ? :)
