Hello, I ordered a SIM only, order number 114000130 on Saturday 7th November 2020.

It still hasn't arrived yet, I was hoping you could give me an update as it has been 6 working days since I placed my order.

This is not good to hear, it sounds as though the SIM card has possibly been lost in the postal system as it should not take longer than 5 working days to be delivered. We will send you a PM now to help further.
