SIM card hasn’t arrived - Direct Debit due in 2 days

I ordered my SIM card nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. However the direct debit is already set up and due to be paid.
So please sort that issue out ASAP, as I won’t pay for a service I do not receive.
