I've basically ordered a sim on Sunday and tomorrow is going to be Thursday, I have not yet received the sim card. I tried calling customer service, after waiting 20mins I was told that the line is too busy and to go on live chat which I was unable to do as there was no button to do so, I believe I have to register and login to do this but I cannot do it without the security code sent to my phone via the new sim. Therefore I am stuck right now and in dire need of this new card as I've got other stuff to sort out.
