sim card not arrived

Ordered my sim on the 15th, still hasn't arrived. Said I had guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Had my letter to say my direct debit will start on the 30th so will probably have that taken out before my sim arrives. Tried the number which said to ask in live chat, live chats useless so trying here.
