SIM card not received

Hello, I ordered my SIM card on Thursday 27/08/20. As per confirmation it would take 2-3 working days to arrive, however I have not received it yet.

Is there any way to track my order?

Hello @Juspan35,

We’ll get a PM sent over so we can issue a replacement SIM via DPD and arrange for a credit to cover the time for this.

Hi there @Juspan35 

Please let us know by a reply here if this does not arrive in tomorrow’s post.  If it doesn’t we’ll be able to send a replacement via a courier if needed.

We’d imagine the bank holiday weekend has potentially delayed this a little to this point.

It’s 5 working days and SIM has not arrived yet :(

Will you be sending a replacement via courier as suggested above? and when can I expect the SIM card to be delivered finally?
