Sim Card not working
I've just received my sim card and it isn't even active when ID Mobile stated that it would be.
Can someone help me ??????

I'm sorry to see this, have you been able to log into your iD Mobile app in order to attempt your SIM activation?
If this is not possible, please contact our Live Chat team here who should be able to sort this out for you.
