I ordered a SIM today on the understanding that it would be dispatched within 24 hrs as my PAC number expires this week.

 

I have just received an email saying my order will be “processed” in 3-5 days.

 

Can you please ensure my SIM is dispatched within 24hrs, as advertised? I can provide my order details on request.

Hi @slvrtnm,

Although we do dispatch our SIM cards within 24-hours as advised, this is not the same as being promised the delivery within 24-hours. As we use the Royal Mail postal service, the SIM card will be with you within 3-5 days of dispatch. Your old network can always reissue you a PAC code if it does expire in the meantime.
