sim has no arrived

Hello, I ordered a ID sim on the 11/07/20 and it hasn’t arrived and i have already been charged for it. I got a confirmation email saying it had arrived.

Reference Number : REMOVED

please can i get some help as i have not been able to get in contact with any customer service.
