I ordered a SIM a week ago and it has not arrived yet. I haven't heard anything from DPD about when it will be delivered. Please can someone help me get hold of the SIM as I have been billed for the first month without actually having the SIM. Thanks.
SIM has not been delivered
Royal Mail deliveries take between 2-3 working day, but may take longer now due to COVID-19.
Please confirm the date you ordered.
