Hi,  I  am inquiring on behalf of my Mum who is 78 years old. I have been on the phone several times  since the 20/03/20, making queries about my Mum’s phone that is not working. On the 23/03/20,  I managed to sort out a new SIM card and change my address. I was told the sim will be delivered in 3 days. Today is the 30/03/20  and Mum has  not received this sim.
Since we are now on lock down, I am concerned for my Mum’s wellbeing.
Please help.

We’d need your mum to speak to us directly as she’s the account holder. SIM cards usually take 2-3 days to arrive via Royal Mail, it’s likely it’s just delayed a little.
