Sorry to hear your SIM has not yet arrived.

Is this a replacement SIM or a new SIM ordered from us?
When did you place the order from us?

It can usually take 2-3 days to arrive and in some cases can be delayed via Royal Mail by a day or so.
If it's been longer than this, it's likely to have been lost and we'll need to look into this further.

Can you clarify for us?
