Hi, I recently received my phone from Carphone Warehouse but the sim has not arrived with it. I have received an email stating my account has been set up and billing will commence but just no sim.

Do you happen to live close to a Carphone Warehouse (within a Currys PC World store). If so, if you visit a local store and let them know what’s happened. They should in theory be able to get your a replacement given what’s happened.
