hi my simcard has not yet been delivered

When was the SIM ordered?
Due to the bank holiday and COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays.

I would allow longer for the SIM to be delivered due to the bank holiday.

I have the same issue too! It’s been almost two weeks. Given my previous supplier messed up seriously and gave my number (which I’ve had for over 10 years) to someone else to use whilst I was paying for that use, I’m understandably nervous!)
I’m being billed and getting mail, just no SIM...
Would help to be able to speak to someone rather than use this forum...
