I had recently upgraded my phone through id, once the phone had arrived i decided i wanted to return it. I had spoken go carephone warehouse to return the phone to them but they said it must be given back to id.
I was wondering how to return my phone back to Id , aswell as whether my phone will return to my old contract and i will still be eligible for an upgrade.
