Hello,

I ordered a Sim Card on a sim-only contract last Monday and have received the confirmation letter for the setup of Direct Debit but still haven’t received the SIM card

Sorry to hear you haven't received your SIM.

Please allow until Thursday as i believe due to Covid-19 Royal Mail are experiencing delays.
