Where is my order?

I ordered an upgrade phone on Wednesday at around 2pm and I have received the order email with the reference number and it said I would receive another email in 24 hours but I've not even received that. It's now friday and I still dont have my new phone. Please help.

Hi @Lorrainejane, we’re not able to check orders from our side, unfortunately. Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

You’ll need to be using a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
