Hi,
I ordered a SIM card (SIM only deal) on 16th September 2020 and have received my first bill but I haven’t received my SIM card through the post! I was told to get in touch if I had not received it within 3-5 working days. As we are already well over this period and I cannot reach iD mobile either via phone, e-mail or live chat I am concerned regarding my order.
Could you let me know how I can find out if my SIM will arrive in the near future or should I cancel my order?
I appreciate your help.
