Where is my SIM card?

I have tried to contact ID o Dr phine and have been told that is busy. I have tried to contact ID via live chat and it says all agents are busy. I will be charged for a SIM that I have ordered which still hasn't even arrived yet. Could someone please give me a good explanation and inform me as to where my SIM is.

We're sorry to see that you're without a SIM. We have been quite busy recently due to some system issues but these should now be sorted.

A SIM card can take around 3 working days to arrive so if this is still not with you, please send us an email to CommunitySupport@idmobile.co.uk with your issue, along with your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth and we'll get this sorted.
