where is my sim card?

I was advised that my sim had been dispatched on 18th August and would be here within three working days. It has still now arrived and I am not getting a response from any of your team

We advise 3-5 working days for a SIM card to arrive, so we’d expect it to be there by now. Is that the case? If not, please let us know and we’ll get that chased up for you.

It has still not arrived and it has been over 10 days now since I was advised that it had been dispatched.
