Why has my order been delayed?

Got an email saying 'sorry for the slight delay' telling me to wait 3-5 working days.. was wondering if covid-19 is interrupting deliveries with iD at all? 

I know you usually offer DPD next day with phones has this changed? Thanks

Hi @Guss117, thanks for placing an order with iD Mobile! You’re right in that we do offer next-day delivery under normal circumstances. However, our Warehouse Team are operating at a reduced capcity right now due to COVID-19, so deliveries may be delayed. You should receive an email once your order is dispatched. Apologies for the inconvenience.
