Upgrade not arrived, up front payment taken.

I placed my upgrade order and received an email confirming it.  The payment’s been taken from my account but I have heard nothing other than my order was successful.

How can we cancel this upgrade and refund the money?

My current phone is unusable and I have to rely on email and alternatives via PC so will need to purchase a new handset outwith ID mobile, but I intend to remain on my current contract.

 

Please advise.

Hi @Steve74, from what I understand, you’ve upgraded to a new handset but it hasn’t arrived yet? It could be that the handset is out of stock and we’re just awaiting a replenishment.

The best thing to do would be to contact our Live Chat team so they can take a look at your order.
