If you’re contract is within the first 30-days, you’ll be eligible for a free return or exchange. If your contract is outside those 30-days, then you can take it to any Currys store for a free repair if they deem it faulty and fixable, and you’re still in warranty. Most our phones come with 1-2 years warranty, so it’s worth taking it into store and checking if that’s the case.
