Confirmation email not received

hi i ordered a new phone and contract with you yesterday morning and havent recieved a confirmation email for delivery

Have you checked your Junk Mail? Sometimes it can slip into there you see.

 

Was there an upfront payment required, and if so, did the amount leave your bank?

spoke to someone yesterday they said stock problem .but it says on id site phone in stock in colour i chose . they said i still should of been told about it not a happy chap
