Didn't receive a sim with my phone

Ordered a phone on the 16/12/2020 then the phone arrived on the 19/12/2020 but didn't get any sim. Waited until now and still don't have any sim but am being charged for it. Either want to cancel or get this resolved asap.

Two months ago I bought this mobile phone (Huawei P40 Lite) to offer as a gift to my son at Christmas but when I opened the box I noticed that I didn't have the Simcard.So I would like you to solve this little problem and send me a new Simcard  please.

Hi @ANTONIO,

I am sorry to hear about that. The SIM card will not be inside the box but rather inside the bag/packaging that the box came in, it should be in a small envelope.
