DPD need you to contact them to send my parcel from their depot!

Hi, 

 

I changed the deleiver address as I wasn't going to be home during the time slot, the driver came and couldn't find the property so left and didn't reply to my message trying to help him find it . The parcel is now being held at the York DPD depot and they have said they wont send it out until you provide them with the details to do so! Can you please tell them to deliver this and let me choose a time slot on the DPD tracking page . This parcel is now 2 days late and today is the 3rd day its just been sat in the depot.
