I have had confirmation off my order and it been processed but I havnt been given no delivery information

Sorry to hear you didn’t have any delivery information about your order, assuming you’ve purchased a device you’ll receive an email from DPD either the night before or morning of your delivery is due to happen so I’d recommend keeping an eye on there!
If your order is a SIM only order it’ll be delivered within 3-5 working days typically via Royal Mail.
If you haven’t received any emails like this I’d recommend contacting our iD Mobile Live Chat team or even on our social media pages on Facebook or Twitter so we can take a look into the status of your order.
