ID claimed to have sent me a replacement sim card weeks ago. I still haven't received it. In the meantime I'm stuck with a phone I can't use for Texts, Calls or Data.

This is not good to hear. The SIM card may have been lost in the post and if it has not arrived after 5 days we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible.
