It is well over a week since I ordered my id sim card. Received my direcct debt mandate and details of account on line. Cant get through to 033303777. I am beig charged for this at present. Chat wont even recognise the customer pin they sent me.

It is well over a week since I ordered my id sim card. Received my direct debt mandate and details of account on line. Cant get through to 033303777. I am being charged for this at present. Id wont even recognise the customer pin they sent me. I wish to cancel but cant use it yet as it wont let me as sim not activated.
