missing sim card

i ordered a phone and a contract sim in november i gave my daughter is as a present for Christmas to realise there is no sim we are now in january 3 payments have gone out and i have no sim card! i cannot speak to anbody this company is a joke i will be going to trading standards if this does not get sorted!!!!!!

I still haven't received my sim card and I cannot activate my account online to speak to anybody because the text is sent to the sim card I haven't received!!!!!!!! Honestly loosing the plot now with this company!!!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with.. no-one to speak too noone to contact just take my payments and thats that!!!!!!

We’re sorry to hear that the SIM card cannot be found. A new SIM card is included in the packaging of all new contract purchases so it might have been hidden within the packaging but we can also check if one was applied to the order. We will send you a PM now in order to issue a replacement SIM card.
