Missing Sim not arrived

Ordered a sim 5 days ago & nothing has been delivered! Received an email confirming that it would be delivered with in 3 days? I also received my first bill so I'm assuming Im paying for something I havnt 

received yet!

Most shocking thing is customer services doesn't exist! Live chat doesn't work & chatbox is a joke!

At the moment it feels like its a scam company whose got my bank details!

Sorry to hear that.

I can assure you we’re not a scam company.

SIM deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and they have faced a backlog of deliveries due to Covid-19/Festive season.

Thus a delay has occurred on deliveries of SIMS.

Can you confirm if you've since received this?
