Confirmation email was at 15.22 on 30th December. " Order Complete - REF: 115092730"

Hi @0Well,

SIM card deliveries can take up to 5 working days to arrive and ordering on 30th December should mean that your SIM card will arrive around 6th January (today). Please let us know if this hasn’t arrived and we’ll check the dispatch to find out more.
