new contract but no update

Hi 

I ordered a new phone with a contract and was told it would be sent out on 24/11 however I have now had an email to say they’re out of stock but expecting stock soon however they haven’t given me a date. I need to get in touch with someone because if it’s too far in the future I will need to cancel.
