New contract - What's happening?

I placed an order  last Thursday. The money came out of my account the very next day but have not heard from ID. It seems very strange that orders take so long to process and there seems to be no way to check progress or reverse the transaction.

What phone was it you had ordered? (Model/ Colour/ etc)
Was this a 1p check or like an upfront cost for the phone that was taken?

Have you had no emails at all this week?  Not even in the Spam/ Junk folder?
