I ordered a new SIM card 5 days ago and it’s still not arrived. You’ve started to charge me though. 
I’ve tried ringing, messaging and instant chat and nothing works, no on answers me. 
where is my SIM card?

We’re sorry to hear about this. SIM cards can take up to 5 working days to arrive but this may be extended in certain areas due to Royal Mail delays. Have you since received your SIM card? If not, please let us know so we can help further.
