No delivery of SIM card

I ordered a SIM card online and on the 18th December received an email from yourselves informing me this was sent out however as of today’s date I am still awaiting delivery,  I have had issues with ID mobile on the past so would therefore appreciate a reply by return or I will just cancel direct debit payment and go elsewhere for a SIM card.
