No sim card

Hi, I ordered and received a new phone in Dec for my daughter for Xmas. She is now trying to set it up and it doesn't have a site card! There wasn't one in the box and we haven't received one separately in the post. Is this correct?? She is also trying to register with the iD app, is the security code the Account Number? If so, it won't recognise it, if not, the. I haven't been sent one?

Apologies a SIM card should have been sent out with the new mobile.

The code you require will be one sent as a text to the mobile number registered on the account, you may have to wait for the SIM to arrive to set up the app and account.

To get a SIM sent out right away please contact ID Mobile team:

Thank you for your reply, I thought there must have been a mistake. It appears that all the Live Chats are permanently busy at the moment, is there any way I can sort this out via this conversation?

Alternatively our Social Media Team can help you out if live chat is unavailable:
they are in the office from 8 am - 8 pm during the week.
