no sim number or account details

I do not have original sim number as got an old number transferred years ago.i am now unable to make calls as it states my contract is capped. Recently moved so lost all related documents all I have is date and amount each month taken from bank account

Have you ever logged into your online account in the past? If so, you will be able to log in here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ to increase your bill cap to allow calls to premium numbers. If you haven’t logged in before, you can register on the site or via our app to gain access.
