I have not received my sim after 11 days, I donot want to pass the 14 day cancellation window as it is clear from the ID contact strategy, customer contact is to be avoided at all costs. Should I continue to order replacement SIm’s contracts until you can arrange delivery within the 3 day window as stated. Can I also check the contract period starts from activation of the account not posting the sim .?
ALso please confirm how you would like to receive the cancellation request ?
