Non delivery of sim within 11 days

I have not received my sim after 11 days, I donot want to pass the 14 day cancellation window as it is clear from the ID contact strategy, customer contact is to be avoided at all costs. Should I continue to order replacement SIm’s contracts until you can arrange delivery within the 3 day window as stated.  Can I also check the contract period starts from activation of the account not posting the sim .?

ALso please confirm how you would like to receive the cancellation request ?

We are sorry to hear about the delay with delivery, it sounds as though it might have been lost in the post as all SIM cards should arrive within 5 working days of the order.
The contract starts from the date of dispatch but we will look into what we can do for you here. We will send you a PM now.
