not received new SIM and my account is inactive

Phone stolen. Reported To you over 10 days ago. Still no new SIM has arrived.

My iD account is blocked/inactive as I have not logged into the account in over 6 months - reactivation code being sent to my phone…..which I do not have!

seems like I am stuck here guys. Not happy :-(
