Hi. I hope someone can help me with an iphone order I placed last friday(11th Feb). I have received an email saying my order is being processed but still haven’t received any update for the delivery since then. Can I speak to anyone that knows when can the phone be delivered?

You only have online support with iD Mobile. The fastest way to get an answer is via iD Live Chat service.

Be sure you chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends, so you get a person in the iD customer support team.

Type “talk to a person” once you get connected in order to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Otherwise, you can try a PM via one of their social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

There should be iD agents 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.

If you don’t mind waiting, then someone from iD will reply to your post in due course.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted.
