order still processing 2 weeks after ordering

I ordered a pre order phone on 15th Feb but 2 weeks later it is still processing.

The phone was released on 22nd its now the 27th and i still have not received it.

When I try the live chat it asks for an ID mobile number which I dont have.

Hey @Fayeellis, you can enter any phone number, doesn’t have to be an iD number :)
