Hi, 

I made an order yesterday for an iphone 11 and and sim deal and have since received an email to state it is out of stock. Do you know when this will be back in? Also, will my monthly direct debit be taken if i havent received my order yet? If so i am struggling to find how to cancel my order.

I am sorry to hear about that. Which version of the iPhone 11 have you ordered? You would only be billed for the new plan once the dispatch has taken place. We can help cancel your order if you choose to cancel instead.
